August 3, 2008     Baptismal Ceremony for Ms. Xueli Liu, testimony

Good afternoon, everybody;

First, thanks the Lord. You give me a time such good opportunity, testimony here. Thanks the Jesus to let me arrive at Japanese this place, and I got to know these many brothers and sisters here. I was born in a Christian's family. When I was very young, my mother frequently tried to let me to go to the church. At that time, as I was very small, I could not understand what that meant. I grew up gradually, I also got to forget the Lord. When I was in junior high, I had not gone to the church.

The reason why father and mother went to work far away from the church, and other many reasons. I had many time, but no time to see the Lord. At that time, I had already started to work. The working time was too long, and I was very tired, then I got injured in my left hand pressed by the machine. Then, I had taken a rest in my home. My mother and friends advised me to go to a church. Although, at that time, I had almost forgot the Lord's words, finally I went to church. When I went there, I felt very confortable, and was tired of niggling like before. As the most unfortunate thing was that I could not return to see the Lord because of my work, I prayed when I had time when I was on duty. I desired to Jesus to give me a sunday to be able to go to church. When I was 19, I had a dream, which was to go to Japan. Then, I frequently pray. When I was 21, Jesus gave me to realize my dream. Thanks God. I came to Japan on Feb 20, 2008. When I was in China, someone said that Japanese did not believe in God, then there were no churchs there.

At that time, my heart has been cool, how do you think this feelings? At that time, I did not think that I wanted to go to church. I prayed in the dormitory, which was enough. Although I did not expected, Jesus arranged one company for me where is very near from the church. My heart was consoled very much! Thanks the Lord. When I arrived here, Sister Xu Ping asked whether I believe in Got or not. My mind is clear, then I replied immediately "yes". I asked her there were any churches near here. She said:"There are many people who believe in Christ there. Don't worry. Wait for a while when we have time to go to the church." Again thanks God for arranging to meet a Christian in my company for me. My wish that was baptized was getting stronger. Let me say vow, I would like to wash up my sin before baptized. I will grow as a new person with Christ, and head to the God.
